Fetal Echocardiography: an ultrasound of the heart to diagnose congenital heart disease, arrhythmias, and congestive heart failure. The collaboration between fetal medicine team and pediatric cardiologists allows more accurate diagnosis.

First Trimester Fetal Echocardiography: Optimizing the latest technology in obstetrics ultrasound, the major congenital heart diseases are possible to be identified as early as 12 weeks of gestation.

Interdisciplinary Meeting & Birth Planning: Obstetricians, neonatologists, and pediatrics cardiologists collaborate to decide the best management in complicated cases.  Birth planning, neonatal resuscitation, perinatal management, and long-term follow up were planned in this meeting.

Perinatal Critical Care Delivery Program:  The mother will deliver at Harapan Kita Women and Children’s Hospital with the support of the obstetrical team and neonatal specialists. NICU support prepared for high risk baby.

Cardiac Surgery: If we need to perform cardiac surgery or intervention soon after birth, stabilization, and surgery will be planned in our hospital.

Continuing care : Long term follow up will be conducted to ensure the growth and development of children had been managed due to complex congenital heart diseases in our hospital
